Dr. Hector Lozano earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma De Chihuahua and then completed training in anesthesiology at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center here in El Paso. Upon completion of his anesthesia program, Dr. Lozano co-founded an anesthesia group where he worked in private practice for more than 20 years before joining the team at the Southwest Eye Institute in 2016.
Dr. Lozano has a passion for road motorcycling and off-road racing. He also enjoys motorcycles both on the road and racing off-road.
He is an accomplished artist who has exhibited in galleries in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, and El Paso.
